TLAser2120 micrometer

You can readily inspect and reduce the product variations of large pipe, hose, and tubes up to 120mm (4.72 inches) in diameter with LaserLinc's TLAser2120™ dual-axis micrometer.

The TLAser2120 micrometer can continuously measure product diameters and product position in two planes at right angles to each other. A maximum gauging rate of 8,000 measurements per second enables the TLAser2120 to check diameter and ovality while also detecting lumps and neck-downs, to assure the most thorough quality inspection possible.

Incorporating a mirror-based design, the rugged TLAser2120 features a heavy aluminum body with sealed metal covers for lasting performance in harsh industrial environments. An optional air purge mounts easily to the gauge.

Part aperture is 8" x 10" (without air purge). Run up to four TLAser1120 micrometers from one card and as many as 16 from one PC using four cards. Laser Class II visible red laser diode wavelength is 675nm. *Repeatability applies within the measurement range.
