LaserLinc’s roller guides feature a variety of widths, shapes, and material, depending on the needs of your application. Our range of widths accommodate small to large ODs with shapes to align round-, rectangular-, and oval-shaped products. Bearing grades determine alignment precision and are matched to the application.

Roller A: H shape, Delrin with stainless steel bearing. 0.125'' ID x 0.600'' OD x 0.315'' thickness. H is 0.100'' deep x 0.200'' wide.

Roller B: V shape, ceramic with stainless steel bearing. 0.125'' ID x 0.630'' OD x 0.285'' thickness. Distance of 0.280'' from valley of the V to valley of the V on the opposite side.

Roller F: V shape, Teflon with glass bearing. 0.250'' ID x 1.000'' OD x 0.750'' thickness. Distance of 0.580'' from valley of the V to valley of the V on the opposite side.

Roller G: H shape, stainless steel with stainless steel bearing. 0.250'' ID x 1.000'' OD x 1.250''thickness. Aligns flat product. Blank rollers are cut to order.

Roller H: V shape, ceramic with stainless steel bearing. 0.156'' ID x 1.190'' OD x 0.830'' thickness. Distance of 0.750'' from valley of the V to valley of the V on the opposite side.

Roller I: H shape with hump, stainless steel with stainless steel bearing. 0.250'' ID x 1.200'' OD x 0.400'' thickness. Hump is 0.875'' bottom to bottom and 0.277'' wide. Hump adheres to sticky product, ensuring that the product remains centered.

Roller J: V shape, stainless steel with stainless steel bearing. 0.250'' ID x 1.350'' OD x 1.250'' thickness. Distance of 0.620'' from valley of the V to valley of the V on the opposite side.

Roller K: H shape, hard anodized aluminum with stainless steel bearing. 0.250'' ID x 1.300'' OD x 1.200'' thickness. H is 0.400'' deep x 0.500'' wide.

Roller L: V shape, Delrin with stainless steel bearing. 0.250'' ID x 1.430'' OD x 1.500'' thickness. Distance of 0.660'' from valley of the V to valley of the V on the opposite side.

Roller Q: Double H shape. hard anodized aluminum with stainless steel bearing. 0.250'' ID x 1.750'' OD x 1.200'' thickness. Shallow H is 0.500'' deep x 0.750'' wide; deep H is 0.875'' deep x .375'' wide. Double H allows one roller to align several different widths of rectangular product.

Roller R: V shape, hard anodized aluminum with stainless steel bearing. 0.500'' ID x 2.100'' OD x 2.000'' thickness. Distance of 1.000'' from valley of the V to valley of the V on the opposite side.
