The TLAser230 micrometer can continuously measure product diameters and product position in two planes at right angles to each other. A maximum gauging rate of 8,000 measurements per second enables the TLAser230 micrometer to precisely check diameter and ovality while also detecting lumps and neck-downs to assure the most thorough quality inspection possible.
Incorporating a mirror-based design, the rugged TLAser230 Micrometer features a heavy aluminum body with sealed metal covers for lasting performance in harsh industrial environments. An optional air purge mounts easily to the gauge.
The TLAser230, like all LaserLinc micrometers, is designed to serve only one purpose -- to precisely measure the product's dimensions and route them to a PC.
