The TLAser2120 micrometer can continuously measure product diameters and product position in two planes at right angles to each other. A maximum gauging rate of 8,000 measurements per second enables the TLAser2120 micrometer to precisely check diameter and ovality while also detecting lumps and neck-downs to assure the most thorough quality inspection possible.

Incorporating a mirror-based design, the rugged TLAser2120 Micrometer features a heavy aluminum body with sealed metal covers for lasting performance in harsh industrial environments. An optional air purge mounts easily to the gauge.
